At Ruckaroo, we respect your right to control your personal data. You have the right to request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.
How to Delete Your Account
If you wish to permanently delete your Ruckaroo account and all associated data, please contact us by email:
When you submit your request, please include the following information:
- The email address associated with your account
- Your full name (as registered)
- Confirmation that you want to delete your account
What Data Gets Deleted
When you request account deletion, we will permanently remove:
- Your profile information and account credentials
- All ruck activity data (logs, stats, performance metrics)
- Photos and journal entries
- AI-generated captions and chat history
- Badges and achievements
- All other personal data associated with your account
Request Specific Data Deletion
If you don't want to delete your entire account but would like to remove specific data (such as certain ruck logs, photos, or other information), please contact us at the same email address with details about what data you'd like removed.

Processing Timeline
We will process your deletion request within 30 days of receiving your email. You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been permanently deleted from our systems.
Please note that some data may be retained for a limited period for legal or technical reasons (such as backup systems), but it will be permanently deleted within 90 days of your request.
Important Information
⚠️ Account deletion is permanent
Once your account is deleted, it cannot be recovered. All your data, including ruck logs, photos, badges, and achievements will be permanently removed and cannot be restored.
